ABOUT
Sydney Gordon
Keep Going, Keep Growing

A native New Yorker,
Sydney Gordon has been captivated
by music for as long as she can remember.
Her parents realized her prodigious vocal at a very young age and encouraged her to pursue her musical talents. She started singing at age 7 and piano lessons followed.
By age 12, Sydney’s appreciation and resolve for singing prompted her parents to engage a vocal coach to help develop her voice and work on singing techniques. Within a year, at the age of 13, Sydney was invited to perform a live show at The Bitter End, a nightclub in New York City’s Greenwich Village.
Sydney’s insatiable vocal came as no surprise to her family as her paternal great grandfather, a vocalist, had his own live radio show in New York City.
By age 15, Sydney started writing and co-writing original material and to date has a flourishing catalog of songs. Her debut single, “Chains” was released in January of this year followed by a second single, “Say What You Mean” in February. Sydney plans on releasing three more singles throughout the Spring and Summer before releasing her Self Titled debut album in late Summer of 2022.
Sydney has founded her own record label, Static Impulse Records, Inc., with the intention of sharing her experiences with other upcoming independent artists and writers.
In addition to her love of music, Sydney has excelled in dance having studied hip hop from age 9.
Sydney is inspired by the likes of Christina Aguilera, Bebe Rexha, and Demi Lovato.
